One day, in September, Manon and Marie met each other at the EBP (Baking and Pastry School of Paris)...
We had been studying there already for a year but never had the chance to talk to each other before.
This year, Manon is preparing for the BTM in pastry (a high diploma in the field) while Marie prepares the equivalent diploma in bread making (BP).
Before studying boulangerie and patisserie, we were students at university. Manon has a bachelor in English and German and Marie has a Master in French literature.
Therefore, instead of attending to the English class, we decided to write a blog in English about what we do as pastry maker and baker to give you information and tips.
